Maria Catarina Batista studied Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Technology from Nova School of Law, including a thesis on synthetic data and GDPR compliance. She also obtained an ECPC-B DPO certification from Maastricht University and is a certified Europrivacy Implementer.
