EDPO Data Request

This form should only be used for:

  • requests directed towards EDPO under the GDPR with regard to EU/EEA data concerning persons in the EU/EEA; or
  • requests directed towards EDPO UK under the UK GDPR with regard to UK data concerning persons in the UK

This form should therefore NOT be used for any requests that are not related to 1) EDPO or EDPO UK and 2) the (UK) GDPR (e.g. customer service questions).

The personal data that you are asked to provide in this form is necessary for EDPO or EDPO UK to fulfill its obligations under Article 27 of the (UK) GDPR as Data Protection Representative. The information that you provide will only be used for the purposes of identifying you and/or the person on whose behalf you are making the request and for handling your request. For more information on how EDPO and EDPO UK will handle your personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

If you can't find the country you're looking for, then we are afraid that your request falls outside the scope of the GDPR and outside of the scope of our services as EU/EEA Data Protection Representative.
