Where do you need to appoint a representative?
My company is located in the EU/EEA
The GDPR applies to your company but you don’t need to appoint an EU representative because you’re established in the EU/EEA. The UK GDPR applies to your company but you don’t need to appoint a UK representative because you’re established in the UK.
